For first-time partners, approval may be required before final confirmation.
There is no fee to use NGM Network's facility as a ministry partner. Partners choose to give a voluntary donation to help offset the cost of running the facility, but a donation is never required and use of the space does not depend on it.

All bookings are subject to availability and approval.

Ministry partners are responsible for proper use of the facility.

Events must reflect respect, safety, and Christian values.
